By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated waiting period.

Delays may occasionally occur due to production, logistics, courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. PAYMENT

Orders will only be processed after successful payment, except where another payment arrangement such as Cash on Delivery is specifically offered.

All prices displayed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

HATRIX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
